At Enlightened Aging, we understand the struggle of caring for an elderly family member. That's why we offer one-on-one consulting sessions to help families of elderly navigate difficult times. During these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and frustrations regarding your loved one in a private and safe space. We’ll then work with you to develop a plan to reduce these stressors, alleviate your worries, and gain a new perspective on the situation. Let us help you gain the insight and clarity you need to move forward. We'll begin with an initial consultation, gathering insights from our session to formulate a plan for our upcoming sessions. Program includes six modules in self guided format designed to be combined with personalized sessions where you decide what aspect you need support to be a healthier, lighter and even more powerful caregiver
